Quality control
We are equipped with a complete range of quality-control fixtures for the certification of our production:
- Keyence
- Marcel-Aubert
- Ayonis
- Vertical and horizontal benches with Heidenhain sensors
- Benches with analogue sensors
Additionally, we are equipped with QuickControl Pro software for better traceability and control management throughout the manufacturing process.
We have set up a final 100% component quality control by a camera system, assisted by artificial intelligence software. This allows us to review all decisions made during the quality control and edit the reports, while guaranteeing transparency.

Project management
We have a department dedicated to project management.
We support our customers throughout the development of their new products: from design to industrialisation.

Pierhor-Gasser is ISO 9001 certified and, after two consecutive years of work, has obtained ISO 13485 for the medical field to be able to meet the standards required of implantable products.

Training
Unfortunately, the niche jewel market doesn’t offer apprenticeships in specialised schools. We, therefore, act as a support company with well-defined training plans for our employees.
